Richmond is in Virginia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Richmond is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Virginia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This is may favorite Target. This store is always neat. The makeup area is so very bright and colorful, it makes you want to buy something. The women's restrooms are clean and have toilet seat covers.

I really enjoy shopping at Target. The atmosphere is relaxed, the employees are kind, and everything is organized in a way that makes finding what you need simple. It’s one of those stores where you walk in for one thing and leave feeling like you had a good experience.

Ended my Saturday alone at target. Had a pretty good experience here. It was just a typical visit to Target, I come here often and just needed a few things to end the night. The front of the store was really busy but seemed like the line was moving quickly. I was able to get what I wanted and get in and out quickly. I don't recommend coming here on a weekend night if you are in a super big hurry or want to find exactly what you are looking for if you have a long list. But a few things on your list? You should be fine.

I was in the area and stopped by this Target and found the exterior to be somewhat littered with trash near the entrance. Inside, there were many boxes and ongoing stocking activities, likely due to the holiday rush. The checkout line wasn't that long, and the cashier efficiently managed the line.

I stopped by this afternoon to pick up a few things that I had forgotten and needed to get before heading on to check into the hotel. We walked around the store but needed help with locating a few of the items. There was a red shirt worker who promptly helped us to locate the item. We had a few issues trying to check out with the new Target check out system, but cashier was efficient and professional and helping us to get past the check out process.
